At KADE Performance Institute, you're never treated like just another appointment. Every session is one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, giving you a full hour of personalized evaluation, hands-on treatment, movement analysis, and exercise coaching. We don't rely on technicians or rush through appointments.
Our approach goes beyond treating pain—we identify the root cause of your symptoms, improve the way your body moves, and build the strength and resilience needed to keep you performing at your best. Whether you're recovering from an injury or looking to prevent one, every treatment plan is customized to your goals, lifestyle, and sport.
We also bring care directly to you through concierge physical therapy, making expert treatment more convenient without sacrificing quality.

Getting started is simple. Contact us by call, text, email, or through the contact form to schedule a free consultation where we will discuss your goals, symptoms, or performance needs. We'll answer your questions, determine if KADE Performance Institute is the right fit, and recommend the best service for you. Once you're ready, we'll schedule your initial evaluation and create a personalized plan designed to help you recover, perform, and move with confidence.

From your very first session, you'll receive one-on-one care tailored entirely to your goals. We take the time to understand your story, perform a thorough movement assessment, and develop a personalized plan based on your needs—not a one-size-fits-all protocol. Each session combines hands-on treatment, movement coaching, and targeted exercises to help you recover, perform better, and stay active. Throughout your care, you'll have direct access to your physical therapist for guidance, support, and progress every step of the way.

KADE Performance Institute is a cash-based practice and does not bill insurance directly. This allows us to provide longer one-on-one sessions, individualized treatment plans, and care based on your needs—not insurance limitations. However, for physical therapy services, you may use HSA/FSA cards and if your plan includes out-of-network benefits, we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

No. In most cases, you can begin physical therapy without a physician's referral thanks to Michigan's direct access law allowing treatment for 10 visits or 21 days. If your condition requires collaboration with another healthcare provider or falls outside the scope of physical therapy, we'll help coordinate the appropriate next steps to ensure you receive the best care.
Injury Prevention and Performance Training does not need a prescription.

Within the clinic, all evaluations and treatment sessions are provided one-on-one to ensure every client receives personalized, high-quality care tailored to their individual goals. However, KADE Performance Institute also offers group injury prevention screenings, educational workshops, and performance training for dance studios, sports teams, and other organizations. If you're interested in bringing these services to your team or facility, contact us to discuss a customized program that fits your group's needs.
